Your personal data is processed by SP Emlak & İnşaat as data controller. You can reach us at info@sp360.nl.

• Identity and contact details: full name, e-mail address, phone number
• Request details: the subject you select and the content of your message
• Security data: IP address, date and time of submission, record of your consent

• Assessing your request and getting back to you
• Informing you about the listing you are interested in and scheduling the appointment
• Planning and providing our services
• Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights in case of disputes
• Preventing misuse of the form and unsolicited messages

We process your data on the basis of your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)) and our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)), and the corresponding provisions of the KVKK.

In the Safe Home or Safe Workplace processes, or if your request also concerns legal, insurance or advisory matters, your data may be shared, only to the extent necessary, with the relevant company of the SP360° group to which we belong (Sarı Avukatlık Ortaklığı, SP Global Sigorta). As the group has offices in the Netherlands and Türkiye, your data may be transferred between these countries on the basis of your consent and the safeguards required by applicable law. Data may also be shared, to the extent necessary, with competent authorities where required by law and with partners providing the website's hosting and technical infrastructure. Your data is never sold or rented for marketing purposes.

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and carry out any resulting service, and in any case no longer than 2 years after your request is closed. It is then deleted or anonymised, unless the law requires a longer period.

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability, as well as the rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
