01 What is the Safe Home process?
It is our process for buying a home in which property selection, legal checks and insurance run in one schedule with the SP360 Group companies. Sarı Avukatlık Ortaklığı handles the title and contract review, SP Global Sigorta the home and earthquake (DASK) insurance.
02 How do I book a viewing?
Use the "Request a viewing" button on the listing page or give us a call. Just pick a day and time that suits you and we will contact you to confirm.
03 What should I do to sell or let my property?
Contact us through the form and choose "I want to sell / let my property". We inspect the property on site, share a preliminary view of its market value and agree a marketing plan with you.
04 I live abroad; can I manage the process remotely?
Yes. We offer online meetings and video viewings. With our offices in Istanbul and Rotterdam we coordinate the necessary legal and insurance steps together with our group companies.
05 Do you also support construction projects?
Yes. From plot and zoning assessment and land-for-flats arrangements to project coordination and sales planning, we take part in residential and commercial projects.
